The cords of each layer of the bias tire carcass are obliquely intersected with each other, and this structure is relatively stable. However, because the plies of the bias tire are interlaced with each other, when the rotation speed increases, it is easy to rub against each other, resulting in heating and wear, and in severe cases, the plies will fall off.
Radial tire
The weaving direction of the radial tire cord and the center line of the tread are exactly at a 90-degree angle. This structure can enhance the contact area with the ground, thereby improving the adhesion performance and grip of the tire.

1.Materials
From the perspective of tire material, high-quality electric bicycles are generally made of natural rubber, and the strength will be higher. In order to save cost, inferior tires are usually made of reclaimed rubber, which is why inferior tires often break. That is, when replacing the tires of electric vehicles, you can pull out the dander protruding from the outside of the tires. When it is pulled out, it means that the tire material is not good. Otherwise, it proves that the rubber material used in the tire is better, and you can consider buying it.
2.Odor
This method can easily distinguish the pros and cons of electric vehicle tires, but it is not absolute. Generally, high-quality tires do not smell bad, while inferior tires smell very pungent.
3.Grip
The grip of different tires is different. The high-quality tires have a strong grip and can still drive smoothly on wet roads. When poor-quality tires encounter wet roads, the slippage will be obvious, and the grip is insufficient.
4.Wear resistance
Flat tires are partly caused by excessive wear. High-quality electric bicycle tires are made of high-elastic fiber materials with better wear resistance. Inferior tires have hard treads and insufficient elasticity and are more likely to break due to wear during driving.
